    Wet the area with warm water before removing Do it in the shower or apply a warm damp towel for 20-30 seconds on the strip. The adhesive softens and peels off effortlessly.

    Take off from the outside in, not in one go Start at the ends and work your way towards the center of the nose. slowly, pulling almost parallel to the skin (not up).

    Moisturize afterwards with your usual cream Seal the routine with a light cream. Prevents dryness and residual redness.

Sensitive skin: Apply a very thin layer of moisturizer last night (not just before gluing it). Protects the skin without affecting grip.

How to use nasal strips

To improve grip, clean and dry the area well before applying the strip. Apply it centered on your nose and gently press the ends.

Cleans and dries the skin Avoid applying the strip on wet, oily or skin with cream residue.

Place it centered Place it on the outside of the nose, avoiding placing it too high or too low.

Remove it slowly Take off from the extremes. If it is very adhered, moisten the area before removing it.

Important warnings

External use. Do not use on wounds, irritated skin, burns or if you notice persistent discomfort.
